Transparent billing policy

Before any work is undertaken, we provide our clients with a written fee agreement that specifies our general and specific terms and conditions. Each agreement is tailored in accordance with the nature and complexity of the client’s needs. Although services are generally billed at a specified hourly rate, a results-based fee may be agreed depending on the case. No work will be undertaken until the client has signed the fee agreement, and if necessary paid a retainer fee.

At least two people to serve you

Each of our clients receives personalized service from a team of at least two lawyers to ensure that they will always be able to contact someone who is fully aware of their situation and concerns. All clients and cases receive this level of service, at no extra charge.

A multidisciplinary and international network

To provide our clients with personalized and comprehensive service, SAJET Avocats has over the years built up a strong external network of tier-one experts, lawyers, notaries, bailiffs and private investigators in France or abroad. We also provide similar services in France for foreign law firms.
